Full speed ahead with StirDigital #13. In true form, we’re bringing that deep rooted StirSound shuffle funk that’s quietly been perking up ears across national borders and it comes via Emory Emlyn with “The Come Down” and 2 fantastic remixes.
The original is as deep and lush as it is energizing. Its warm pad and chord combos ride atop bumpity kicks and bouncy toms. Ian’s remix keeps things in lockstep with added synth tones and some of his signature clap and reverse swooshness.
Finally, Metroline LTD heads Phiorio & Karel Jadransky deliver the tech-house freshness. Working in some extra funky percussion, vocal stabs and chomping claps makes for a hearty wrap up to an overall scrumptious selection of treats.
