Ian Funk
Legs Dangerous
Ian Funk brings us the next installment in our single series with the twisted and shadowy Legs Dangerous. True to form, Stir head honcho, Ian Funk delivers the goods in a tightly wrapped package of synth embryos that envelope into a main room stormer of a track. Several elevating passages held together by a signature drum pattern make for an intelligent 8 minutes that run through simple, funky, hypnotizing and flat out aggressive territory only to circle back again.
Picking up from there, our dear homegirl Lorena Lasanta comes through with another gritty take on an original track. Keeping with the the Legs Dangerous theme and working in some bubbly thud rumble on the low end, Lorena drops some remix knowledge.
Finally, Stevie gives you a little syncopated kick drum action with open Hi Hats dicing through a collage of original Ian soundscaping stapled together by a gorging rhythm section aimed at dancing shoes filled by feet and legs…of dangerous proportions.

“the ORIGINAL mix is my fave – a dramatic and tension filled track oozing confidence with a somewhat darker tone
